But immediately there it all resurfaces: the only question is a spiritual question. To say the material world is to simply say the world. This here is «brain activity», such is its spectral decomposition, thus its empirical one. But did you not think, a few years ago only, that whatever this «activity» «produces» is of Spinozian nature? (You read it in Panksepp's work and did not believe it, but you believe it now!)
